The Law Firm’s offices are located in the centre of Padova, less than 500 metres from the railway station and at a short distance from the main arterial routes leading to Padova Est and Padova Ovest motorway junctions.

The Firm ensures full assistance in cases of corporate litigation, including those regarding agreements between stakeholders.

Banking Law
The Firm boasts a wide and consolidated experience in matters regarding relations between companies and Banks, thanks to counting local and national credit institutions among its own customers. Such a consolidated experience is          also offered in the field of the internationalization of companies and in the foreign relations between banks and enterprises.

Commercial Law
The Firm supports its customers in the procedures to safeguard and monitor their investments, with special reference to listed issuers, including legal aid in litigation proceedings in matters ranging from contracts and financial brokers to investment firms, financial promoters and litigation arising between said parties.

Firm’s services also include representing foreign investment funds at meetings of listed companies. Such an activity lead to an increased experience as a financial agency and in dealing with shares of companies listed in the Star segment of Borsa Italiana s.p.a.
