Collection of information

During specific business trips and with the assistance of collaborators in loco, Nefertiti screens and contacts the most important clients on the territory.  Together with the clients specific projects are elaborated and valuated. This kind of projects are designed for the development of a long term business which has a primary objective of increase in profitability. Location of the store is evaluated, and supported with documents, photos, short films, planimetry maps and all useful information which may be valuable  to the supplier.

Business plan

On receiving the initial approval from the supplier regarding the concession of the collections to the customer,  Nefertiti and the customer prepare a business plan, which will be processed in consideration of the conditions of the city, the size in metres of the sales area and all parameters necessary for the development of a realistic plan. Our vast experience in various cities enables us to prepare accurate business plans and therefore at an extremely high sell out standard for the customers.


Sales area

On the basis of the conformation of the sales areas, the satisfaction of the retailer and, when requested the image  requirements of the supplier, Nefertiti proposes projects for changes to the interior design and the general architectural aspects with the assistance of Italian architects, skilled on store interior design. Where considered necessary, all materials and furniture required to complete the works can be supplied.

Obtaining of Visa for Europe

The present international situation makes it difficult for Russian and some other countries operators to obtain visas to enter Europe
and they may need to visit the country many times a year to make orders and changes in the ranges of products.  Nefertiti simplifies and assists the customer in obtaining the visa by providing the European Consulates with the required guarantees and documents (bookings and prepayment of flights and hotels and documents which confirm the business relations with the customer).

Orders

Nefertiti works directly to plan every logistic aspect about trip to Italy and the appointments in showrooms. The customers are accompanied during the order phases, checking the compliance of the order with the previously prepared business plan, and in cases of strong differences of opinion, the reasons and eventual corrective actions to be taken are evaluated. All activities are recorded on a specific database which allows constant monitoring of how each individual case is proceeding.

Advance payments

The advanced payments are followed directly by Nefertiti (anyway the percentage amount is decised in collaboration with the suppliers), that timely provides the client with all necessary information and documents. Moreover Nefertiti supplies the customer with all the information to obtain credit letters. This service permits to lower costs in terms of time, information search and future payments.


Balance payments

The management of the balance payments is the same as that described for the advance payments. Nefertiti will carry out payment reminders, keep track of transfers and inform the producers when payment has been made together with copies of the bank transfers.

Shipping and collection of goods

Nefertiti is in constant contact with the international shippers and with the customers and checks the status of shipping in order to coordinate procedures during possible delays, errors or loss of goods.  Nefertiti collaborates with the forwarders since a long time, it is possible to obtain particularly effetive rates and several advantages. Moreover our efficient logistic department takes care of the ex-works shipments.

Post Sales

Eventual changes to assortments are carried out using procedures as previously described, the sell out is also evaluated for corrections to the business plan and the sales system in agreement with suppliers.  The customer is constantly updated on the new products available from suppliers through newsletters.
